Our arinze braiding hair is 100% human hair. Each bundle weighs 100g and is double drawn. No dyes or chemicals have been used on the hair.

This hair is suitable for all braiding styles, including boho, knotless and box braids. The hair can be washed, dyed heat can also be applied. Take care when removing these braids as this hair is 100% reusable

Shipping and processing policy:

We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days. However, during busy periods, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding!

Customers have the right to cancel any order (both custom and immediate purchase) within 3 hours of placing it. If the order is cancelled within this time frame, it will be automatically refunded to the original payment method used.

Delays:

In the event of missing parcels, delays, or attempted deliveries by our couriers, your delivery may take longer than expected. For this reason, we strongly recommend booking hair appointments only after receiving your parcel.

We cannot be held responsible for any missed or cancelled appointments due to delivery issues.

Returns and refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if your hair arrives with a manufacturing flaw, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.
